With over 20 years experience in the industry, JR&DS Services specialises in demolition and removing asbestos from domestic environments in Adelaide, South Australia and surrounding areas.
Asbestos removal Adelaide will be undertaken in accordance with the following state and national acts and regulations:
In South Australia, air monitoring is required for any licensed asbestos removal work. Because it's a model code which has application in other states and territories, page 19 of the Code of Practice - How to Safely Remove Asbestos states that air monitoring is not required when removing more than 10m2 of non-friable asbestos. This is not the case in SA. Air monitoring is required for both Class A and Class B asbestos removal work.
JR&DS Services holds licences with SafeworkSA and the EPA to safely remove, handle, transport and dispose of Class B asbestos products correctly. We take pride in our work and we have the skills to fulfil our customers requirements. All of our work is carried out consistently to a defined standard. Customer satisfaction remains inherent to our business.
We will treat your home as if it were our home when it comes to asbestos removal and the cleanliness of the finished product.
JR&DS Services now offers tight access excavations. With only 690mm gap clearance needed and a removable canopy for low height clearance.
Ideal for digging trenches or clearing material in places where other excavators won't fit. Save your back and time, we'll come dig it.
Able to dig down to a depth of 1500mm and has buckets 225mm, 300mm and 680mm wide.
*All JR&DS Services employees hold current Police and DCSI Children Clearances*
